Requirements:

1. Certified NP/PA
2. Must have 1 year experience in Internal Medicine or a Internal Medicine subspecialty
3. Must be willing to do additional education to become a Certified Nephrology Nurse Practitioner
4. Must be willing to travel to outreach clinics in other locations
5. Must be willing to round at Hospitals
6. Must be willing to round at dialysis clinics.
