As a Nurse Practitioner at The Spine & Pain Center, you'll deliver advanced care in collaboration with physicians and a supportive healthcare team — with a schedule designed to protect your wellbeing as much as your patients'.Locations: Home base in Muskogee, with possible travel to satellite clinics: Tulsa, OK, Bartlesville, OKSchedule: Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PMNo nights. No weekends. Half-day Fridays!What you'll doConduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical historiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care teamPrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocolsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomesProvide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease preventionMaintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in EMR systemsContribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol developmentRequired qualificationsMaster's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institutionCurrent, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner licenseActive ANCC or AANPCB certificationCurrent DEA registration with prescriptive authorityMinimum 1–2 years of clinical NP experienceExperience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty healthcare strongly preferredWillingness to travel regularly between clinic locations (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided)Preferred experiencePain managementOrthopedicsNeurologyPrimary carePM&RRelated specialtySkills & AbilitiesStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication with patients, families, and care team membersAbility to develop evidence-based care plans and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in EMR systems and healthcare technologySelf-directed and comfortable working across multiple clinic environmentsCommitment to ongoing professional developmentBenefitsAt The Spine and Pain Center, we believe in taking care of the people who take care of our patients.
