Job Title: Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner
Location:North Denver Locations
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in an urgent care setting
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and diagnose/treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care
- Document all patient care services in electronic health records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado
- ANCC or AANP certification
- Prior experience working in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
