Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner provides professional, comprehensive primary medical care to patients of Compassion Health Toledo in collaboration with staff physicians and the care team. This position focuses on patient-centered, high-quality healthcare and works closely with multidisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care, clinical excellence, and positive health outcomes.
Qualifications, Skills, Education
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Current Ohio RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification or registry eligibilityrequired.
- Eligible for Certificate of Fitness (prescriptive privileges) in Ohio.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make clinical assessments.
- Experience providing care for adult, pediatric, or family patient populations.
Preferred

- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
