To provide assessment and treatment of patients in the acute and non-acute setting under the supervision of the Practice physician. Educational and/or Professional Qualifications: Graduate of a school of Advanced Nursing Practice Previous Experience: Previous experience in patient care setting preferred. Knowledgeable regarding the physician extender process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Licensure, Certification, Registration, etc.: Valid license with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing Advanced Practice
