About the Opportunity
The ideal NP will have 2–3+ years of primary care experience and be comfortable providing comprehensive care in a community-based setting.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing accessible, respectful, and evidence-based primary care across a diverse patient population.
Schedule:
- 3 daytime shifts: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- 2 evening shifts: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Optional Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Some flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to have input into evening shifts
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
- Conduct evaluations, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment
- Manage follow-up care, test results, referrals, and ongoing patient needs
- Provide patient-centered care in a respectful and inclusive environment
- Document clinical care in EPIC
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and other members of the care team
- Participate in quality improvement, case conferences, and professional development
Qualifications
- Current New York State NP license/registration
- Current DEA registration
- Current CPR certification
- 2–3+ years of primary care experience strongly preferred
- Community health experience a plus
- HIV experience strongly preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
