- Salary: $125,000–$150,000 based on experience n

Position Highlights:

- Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM n
- Outpatient only – no weekends n
- Rotating after-hours phone calls one night per week n
- Focused on patients ages 65 and older n
- Responsibilities include well-checks, preventive care, same-day and sick visits n
- Low patient volume: 8–10 patients per day for more personalized care n
- ALL Scripts EHR n
Qualifications:
n- n
- Certified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner n
- Experience is preferred, but new graduates with strong ICU experience will be considered n
- Ability to practice autonomously with the support of a clinical team n
