Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | No Weekends | No On-Call
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our outpatient primary care practice in San Jose, CA. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services to a diverse patient population while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, physical exams, and health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans.
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with California regulations.
• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
• Deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications Required

• Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active California Nurse Practitioner license.
• Bilingual candidates who speak Korean, Tagalog, or Vietnamese (one or more) will be fast-tracked for an interview.
• Active DEA registration.
• New graduates with NP license are welcome to apply.
• Candidates within 4-5 years of completing their NP program are preferred.
• Advanced training or experience in cardiovascular care is highly preferred.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
