Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct wellness visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and preventive health.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care.
- Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
- Experience or interest in family practice, primary care, chronic disease management, or integrative medicine.
- Strong commitment to patient education and building long-term patient relationships.

- Base Pay: $120,000 - $135,000/Year + Bonuses
