To support the development of AI-enabled healthcare products, the full-time Sr. Clinical Product Lead, AI (MD, DO, NP, PA, RN) will collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure the clinical safety, utility, and effectiveness of products while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a design partner throughout the product development process, engaging local care teams to shape clinical requirements Define clinical safety metrics and evaluation criteria for AI features, ensuring compliance with governance processes before product launch Lead clinical training and education initiatives, facilitating the adoption of AI tools among care teams across various markets Required Qualifications: Licensed clinician (MD, DO, NP, PA, or RN) with direct patient care experience 5+ years of experience in clinical product development or health technology within complex organizations Proficient in using AI tools and have experience building AI systems or applications Demonstrated ability to define clinical requirements for technology products and manage them through to launch Strong writing skills for documenting decisions and findings effectively
