Nurse Practitioner

Eden Health Club is an integrated health and wellness practice in Greenwood Village, Colorado. We bring hormone health, metabolic care, medical weight loss, peptides, longevity medicine, fitness, and recovery together under one roof, while growing virtual care nationwide.

This is a hybrid clinical role based in Greenwood Village. It is not remote-only. Most of the week is spent in the club seeing patients; telehealth follow-ups, lab review, and charting offer flexibility. We are hiring full-time and part-time NPs. Candidates must already live in the Denver metro area or be prepared to relocate and commute reliably to the club.

What you will do

• See patients in the club and virtually, with time to build relationships

• Manage hormone health, GLP-1 medical weight loss, metabolic care, peptides, longevity, and lab-guided treatment plans

• Order and interpret labs, prescribe within scope, and adjust plans as patients progress

• Collaborate with our fitness, recovery, nutrition, and aesthetics teams on an integrated patient experience

• Help expand Eden’s virtual-care model through excellent clinical judgment and a patient-first approach

Aesthetics experience is welcome but never required. We provide hands-on onboarding for Eden’s hormone and weight-management protocols, including for clinicians coming from primary care or another adjacent setting.

What you need

• Current Colorado APRN license, or eligibility before your start date

• National board certification, prescriptive authority, and DEA registration, or ability to obtain them

• At least one year of clinical experience; newer NPs may be considered with the right clinical foundation and a strong commitment to learning

• Comfortable with virtual care and interested in obtaining additional state licenses as Eden grows nationally; Eden covers the cost

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative clinic

Compensation and benefits

• $53 to $72 per hour, depending on experience
