Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing telehealth medical group, the fully remote Weekend Care Nurse Practitioner will deliver acute care to members with emergent conditions, diagnose complex medical issues, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team while working four 10-hour shifts per week, including one weekend shift per month. Key responsibilities Perform Care OnDemand visits, evaluating and diagnosing acute illnesses, ordering diagnostic tests, and establishing care plans Coordinate care with the member's care team, including PCPs, specialists, and family members to ensure a collaborative care approach Utilize and provide feedback on the electronic health information system while potentially expanding responsibilities to support new clinical initiatives Required qualifications At least three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care Active RN and APRN licenses or Physician Assistant license in good standing, with the ability to obtain licenses in required states Current BLS certification Willingness to work four 10-hour shifts, including one weekend shift per month, from 11am-9pm EST Experience with telehealth video platforms is preferred
