THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations & Assessments

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their aesthetic goals, medical history, and any underlying health conditions
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations for suitable treatments based on individual client needs

Advanced Aesthetic Treatments

  • Administer a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, such as injectables, laser procedures, and other non‑surgical interventions, with precision and expertise
  • Ensure treatments are performed safely and effectively, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies

Customized Treatment Plans

  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, ensuring optimal results while prioritizing their safety and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the spa team, including aestheticians, front desk staff, and other medical professionals, to provide comprehensive and cohesive care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing post‑treatment care instructions

Continual Learning & Skill Advancement

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical aesthetics, attending relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs to enhance expertise and proficiency

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and sterile environment for all procedures
  • Ensure accurate documentation and proper charting of client treatments and outcomes

Client Education

  • Educate clients on pre and post‑procedure care, expected outcomes, and potential risks or side effects associated with treatments
  • Provide detailed information on skincare routines and products to support post‑treatment care

Quality Assurance

  • Monitor treatment outcomes and client satisfaction, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results

Professional Development

  • Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking opportunities for additional certifications or specializations in medical aesthetics

QUALIFICATIONS

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate, or Registered Nurse
  • Board certification in a relevant field (e.g., Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Medicine)
  • Proven experience in medical aesthetics, with a focus on advanced injectables and aesthetic procedures

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a high‑end medical spa or luxury aesthetic practice
  • Strong aesthetic eye and proficiency in utilizing advanced technologies for aesthetic treatments
