Eventus WholeHealth Provider Job Description
Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services according to site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine, especially related to long-term care facilities.
- Quality/Compliance:
- Review and sign MARs, orders, and documentation within specified timeframes; manage lab results and narcotic prescriptions per policies.
- Participate in on-call triage duties as per protocol, adhering to the latest schedule and policies.
- Complete documentation and billing, providing copies to the facility within 48 hours.
- Maintain open communication with facility staff and adhere to all standards, policies, and legal requirements, including HIPAA.
- Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests.
Qualifications/Education:
- Masters degree in Nursing with a valid state license and current certifications, or
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification, and possessing a valid state license, preferably with specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry.
