Eventus WholeHealth Healthcare Provider Job Description
Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide primary-care services according to site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine in long-term care facilities.
- Quality/Compliance:
- Review and sign MARs, orders, and documentation within specified timeframes; manage lab reviews, narcotic prescriptions, and administrative duties.
- Complete documentation and billing records promptly, providing copies to the facility.
- Maintain open communication with facility staff and meet regularly with administrators or care coordinators.
- Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth policies, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including HIPAA confidentiality.
- Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests.
Qualifications/Education:
- Masters degree in Nursing with a valid state license, or
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and licensure in your state. Geriatric, family, or psychiatry specialization is preferred.
