American Family Care seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide urgent care, occupational health, and primary care services in a fast-paced clinic. In this role, you’ll independently evaluate and treat walk-in patients of all ages, order and interpret labs and x-rays, perform minor procedures, and manage acute and select chronic conditions. You’ll document care in the EMR, coordinate with physicians and staff, and deliver patient-centered, efficient care aligned with AFC’s culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and community service.
