- Full time/part time
- Outpatient only (no nursery, no delivery)
- Collaborative practice with 7 mid-level providers and 1 physician
- 20-30 patients per provider during cold/flu season
- EMR and telemed capable
- No obligation for in-hospital rounding or hospital on-call

First Step Pediatric Associates was established in 2010. With a patient population currently exceeding 14,000 active patients, the practice moved to a freshly built 6,000 sq. ft. facility in 2018 that comes equipped with 14 exam rooms, an in-house lab, and four provider suites. Then 2023, we opened a second location for sick visits next door to our main office. Nearby is Texas Health Harris Methodist hospital and ER giving emergency assistance as needed, and Cook Children's Hospital of Fort Worth is a short drive away for patients of graduated complexity.
