We are seeking a full-time primary care Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant to work in our practice. The ideal candidate will have clinicalprimary care experience. This is an 100% outpatient position with office hours from 8am to 5pm, M-F. The incoming candidate should becomfortable caring for a geriatric patient population.

- Responsiblefor the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through theprocess of assessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and preventionof adverse events; planning; and implementation.
- Performsresponsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher,leadership, and professional development.
- Collaborates with other professional disciplines toensure safe; effective and efficient patient care delivery; and theachievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Continuouslymonitors quality patient care through excellence in customer service andperformance improvement that demonstrate positive outcomes in patientcare.
- Providesleadership in the practice location.
- NursePractitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) are required to functionconsistent with Florida Law
- Providestreatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronicconditions and provides care coordination.
- Graduatefrom a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required
- Preferably 3 Years of experience working in a primarycare setting
- State of Florida License Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish- Strongly preferred
- Managed Care, Medicare Advantage & HEDIS coding experience
