Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to seniors following clinical standards
- Collaborate daily with your care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical histories and records
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice
- Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain DEA license and Medicaid and Medicare numbers
