About Us
Urgent Care for Kids provides in‑person urgent care, primary care, telemedicine and school‑based services for children in K‑12 schools across Texas.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with medical directors and site physicians to deliver age‑appropriate care under established protocols.
- Perform patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment initiation.
- Make independent decision‑making within scope of practice.
- Work in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Urgent Care experience preferred; strong background in fast‑paced clinical settings.
- Minimum 2 years pediatric NP (FNP or PNP) or PA experience.
- Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, reduction of nursemaid’s elbow.
- Valid, unencumbered Texas RN license and active national certification (PNP‑BC, FNP‑BC, NCCPA).
- PALS certification current through AHA or American Red Cross.
