Position Summary
Clinician member of the MultiCare Medical Partners multidisciplinary team delivering population-based care. The ARNP will provide comprehensive primary care services focusing on prevention, chronic disease management and health promotion for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, develop plans, and prescribe medications for patients across the lifespan
- Diagnoses and treats acute and chronic disease using evidence-based guidelines
- Provides preventive care, health education and counseling to individuals and families
- Timely and accurate documentation, inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care
- Participates in the coverage for clinic colleagues per departmental guidance
- Participates in after-hours call coverage per departmental guidance
- Participates in multidisciplinary meetings, care reviews and care planning
- Coordinates care with all members of the delivery team
- Contributes to the development and improvement of population-based care
- Utilizes data and risk stratification tools to prioritize patients at greatest risk and outreach
- Engages in quality improvement focused on health outcomes, cost effectiveness and cost reduction
- Supports transitions of care and reduced readmissions and ED use
- Demonstrates MultiCare values of compassion, stewardship, kindness, joy, collaboration and respect
- Adheres to MultiCare policies and processes
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a primary care provider preferred
- Maintains active Washington State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- DEA and state prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay Range
$141,394.00 - $149,996.00 USD
