Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Advanced Aesthetic Injector
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base + commission (ballpark)

This advanced practice provider (APP) will play a key role in the growth of the aesthetic division alongside a new incoming plastic surgeon.
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with advanced training in cosmetic injectables and laser aesthetics.
You’ll be responsible for delivering a range of cutting‑edge non‑surgical treatments while developing long‑term patient relationships in the area.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform a full range of injectable and laser‑based aesthetic services, including:
- PDO Threads
- BBL (BroadBand Light)
- MOXI
- RF Microneedling
- Sofwave
- Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide follow‑up care
- Document in Nextech EMR
- Collaborate closely with surgical providers, estheticians, and the broader clinical team
- Educate patients on skincare, treatment expectations, and post‑procedure care
Who You Are?
- Board Certified NP or PA with aesthetic injection experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Confident in delivering full‑spectra injectable treatments and laser‑based technologies
- Passionate about aesthetics and committed to continued learning and evolving trends
- Thrive in a patient‑centric, fast‑paced environment with a close‑knit team
- Comfortable working across multiple locations
