Overview
Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to own and operate a branded practice within our network. The provider will manage clinical operations while receiving comprehensive administrative support and management services from Triad.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulations.
- Oversee staffing, office operations, and financial management of the practice.
- Utilize Triad’s shared services including EMR, credentialing, billing and coding, tech support, hiring, contracts, training, malpractice coverage, and back‑end support.
- Collaborate with the Triad management team and assigned manager to maintain efficient workflow and financial health.
- Maintain a welcoming and empathetic patient environment.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma (required).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and the public.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and professional presentation.
- High level of confidentiality and ethical practice.
