Compassus seeks a Nurse Practitioner for PPV roles across hospice and palliative care settings. You will assess patients, educate families, and work with the Interdisciplinary Team to manage symptoms and care plans.
You’ll coordinate visits with physicians, maintain records, and adapt to agency needs, including after-hours coverage where required. A state NP license and NP board certification in hospice/palliative care are preferred.
