Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Healthcare United is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient multi-specialty practice serving patients throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan, New York. This opportunity is ideal for an NP with outpatient primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or multi-specialty experience. The provider will assist with patient evaluations, follow-up visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, medication management, and coordination of care with physicians and specialists. The incoming provider will work in a collaborative outpatient setting with a diverse patient population and strong clinical support.
