Work Schedule: Wednesday 3pm-7pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm

What You’ll Do

• Perform focused histories and physical exams tailored to weight management and wellness

• Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and ECGs

• Provide preventive counseling, nutrition guidance, and program education

• Prescribe medications in accordance with collaborative agreement

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans

• Document thoroughly in EMR according to company standards

• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care

Leadership & Growth Opportunities

• Mentor clinical staff and support quality improvement initiatives

• Participate in program development and pilot launches

• Contribute to enhancing patient experience and clinic performance

• Serve as a clinical liaison within the practice

• Licensed NP or PA (Texas)

• DEA Certification
