$140,000–$170,000/year

What You'll Do

As a valued provider, you'll deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across a diverse population while working alongside an experienced clinical support team. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans
• Prescribe medications and appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources
• Ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff

Qualifications

• Current California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• Board Certified PA or NP
• Active California DEA registration prior to start
• Valid California driver's license with a good driving record
• Medical Spanish proficiency is a plus
