Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Palliative Care

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a background in Palliative Care to join the inpatient palliative care teams at Providence St. Joseph Hospital and Redwood Memorial Hospital. This full‑time position is day‑shift only, includes some weekend hours and no evenings.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges from $142,325 to $169,617 per year, plus potential productivity bonuses, quality incentives, call stipends, shift incentives, and other cash compensation. Additional benefits include a paid CME allowance, a retirement 401(k) plan with employer matching, medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, vacation, holidays and other voluntary benefits.
