* Delivers comprehensive outpatient spine care across multiple practice locations.* Supports Spine Surgeons and Division needs.* Supports and guides orthopedic clinical staff across sites.* Partners with hospital teams, physicians, and Spine leadership to improve patient access and operational throughput.* Prepares patients for treatment through education, care coordination, and review of clinical needs.* Facilitates communication between patients, referring providers, and the physician team.* Promotes an exceptional patient and family experience through compassionate, patient-centered care.* Performs other duties as assigned.* Master of Science in Nursing with emphasis in the Nurse Practitioner program.* Advanced Practical Nurse licensure (or ability to successfully obtain licensure within three months of date of hire).* Certain/additional certifications may be necessary based on area of specialty.* Basic Life Support certification (Online Basic Life Support certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the Basic Life Support requirements).* Graduate of PA program.* Current PA licensure to practice in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois, depending on location, or ability to obtain within three months of date of hire.* Certain/additional certifications may be necessary based on area of specialty.* Basic Life Support certification (Online BLS certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the BLS requirements).* Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time.* Competitive health insurance packages with priority appointments and lower copays/coinsurance.* Take advantage of our free Metro transit U-Pass for eligible employees.* WashU provides eligible employees with a defined contribution (403(b)) Retirement Savings Plan, which combines employee contributions and university contributions starting at 7%.* WashU covers the cost of tuition for you and your family, including dependent undergraduate-level college tuition up to 100% at WashU and 40% elsewhere after seven years with us.Washington University in St. Louis' collective success is significantly attributed to the passion and outstanding efforts of our community.
