REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Primary Care
  • Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
  • Care Management
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Occupational Health
  • Occupational Medicine
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Texas (TX)
• ANY of the following valid certifications:
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Physician Assistants (PA) with occupational health experience will also be considered

OVERVIEW

This contract role is designed for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in primary care and occupational health . The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering care in a fast-paced environment, performing clinical duties within NP/PA scope of practice, and using Epic for documentation. ACLS certification is required. Shift times will be finalized with the client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide primary care and occupational health servicesPerform clinical duties consistent with NP/PA scope of practiceUse Epic EMR for documentation, charting, and care coordinationConduct assessments, manage patient needs, and support workplace health initiativesMaintain accurate, compliant medical records

Shift times to be determined Example shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM with a 30-minute meal break Full-day onsite coverage required
