• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Idaho.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current DEA certificate without restriction.
• Controlled Substance Certificate from the Board of Pharmacy.
• Current ACLS certification is preferred.
• Must maintain medical staff privileges with Syringa Hospital as approved by the medical staff and board of trusties.
