Schedule:
- Monday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
A leading employer-based healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) OR Physician Assistant (PA) to join its onsite health clinic in Fort Wayne, IN.
This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary and occupational health services in a patient-focused environment, helping employees stay healthy, productive, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-employment and annual wellness physicals
- Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and workplace injuries
- Manage chronic conditions using evidence-based protocols
- Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness coaching
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately within the EMR
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health
- BLS certification required
- DEA license preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
