Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Critical Care

Job Summary

Location: Geisinger Lewistown Hospital (GLH), Lewistown, PA. Shift: Nights. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Regular, exempt position.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care as an Advanced Practice Provider on 14 nocturnal shifts per month.
• Work 12‑hour shifts on a 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Receive bi‑weekly nocturnal stipend.
• Qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant required; Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant preferred.
• Certification(s) and License(s): Basic Life Support Certification, Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA).
• Experience: Clinical experience in critical care or related settings preferred.
