Mercy is currently seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our Cardiovascular Surgery team in St. Louis, MO. This team consists of physicians, advanced practitioners and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. Experience in Vein and Radial Harvesting, CV surgery and CV recovery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full‑time position
• Monday‑Friday 7a‑3p
• Weekend, call, and holiday requirement
• First assist in the CVOR
• Providing support in the clinic, seeing consults, follow‑ups, patient calls and questions
• Managing/rounding on post‑op patients in the ICU and step‑down units
• Seeing new hospital consults and ordering appropriate pre‑surgical work‑ups
• System‑wide Epic EMR
