- Evaluate and manage patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions in a clinical setting
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as audiograms, imaging, and lab work
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising ENT physicians
- Assist with in-office ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and post-procedure care
- Manage follow-up care and chronic ENT conditions including sinusitis, hearing loss, and allergies
- Current NP or PA licensure in the state of Georgia
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Prior ENT, surgical, or specialty clinic experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented specialty practice
- DEA registration or eligibility required
