Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Advanced Practice Provider

Overview

We are seeking a Part Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our established Private Outpatient Practice that treats patients with Psychiatric and Addiction Disorder, IV Ketamine, Hormonal Health, and Telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and psychiatric care to patients in outpatient setting.
• Deliver IV Ketamine and Hormonal Health treatments.
• Conduct Telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS NP/PA license in good standing.
• Prefer experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care.
• Recent graduates accepted; supportive training provided.

Compensation and Hours

Hours: 10 am‑2 pm, 11 am‑3 pm, or 12 noon‑4 pm (4–5 days per week). Pay: $90–$125 per hour.
