Your Role and Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, requesting diagnostic procedures, and crafting personalized care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in partnership with physicians or autonomously (as per credentials)
• Providing education to patients and families regarding prevention, wellness, and management of health conditions
• Prescribing necessary medications and treatments in accordance with your training

• Working collaboratively across various healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care
• Maintaining meticulous and precise documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications You Will Need

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
