- Full-time, permanent position
- NP will see 15-25 patients per day on average
- APP will work in a primary care setting seeing nursing home patients
- Provider will work at one facility with 1 NP and 1 MD
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Ideally someone with med surg, telemetry or nursing home experience
- Ability to build relationships well with the staff and patients - be fully involved in the facility.
