To support a growing clinical operations team, the remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) will deliver high-impact care management, oversee complex clinical workflows, and ensure quality standards while collaborating with product and engineering teams. Key responsibilities Perform care management outreach, chronic condition follow-ups, and care gap closures using Thesis's AI platform Review prior authorizations and appeals, applying clinical judgment to support complex operational workflows Conduct quality audits, identify trends, and develop remediation plans to maintain high-quality clinical operations Required qualifications Active NP or equivalent clinical license in good standing; multi-state or Compact licensure is a plus 2-5 years of strong clinical experience in direct patient care and virtual care delivery, with exposure to care management or population health workflows Prior experience in a healthtech company, startup, health plan, or technology-enabled clinical services organization Detail-oriented with a quality mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to creating processes Remote work capability based in the continental US
