Description: Coastal Medical Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate for a unique opportunity with a well-established, wellness-focused medical practice in the Pooler and Statesboro area.
This role is ideal for providers looking to step away from high-volume, insurance-driven care and into a more personalized, patient-centered model focused on hormone optimization, preventative care, and long-term outcomes.
About the Role

• Primarily in-office position with a mix of in-person and telehealth visits
• Telehealth is integrated into the daily workflow and typically conducted from the clinic
• Flexible onboarding with opportunity to transition into a full-time role
• Low patient volume with extended visit times
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong support staff
• Training provided in hormone therapy and integrative care

• Conduct in-depth consultations (in-person and telehealth) for new and existing patients
• Review labs, medical history, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients on hormone optimization, lifestyle changes, and preventative care
• Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate (NP/PA)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build patient relationships
• Interest in functional, preventative, or integrative medicine (training provided)
• Comfortable with longer, more in-depth patient visits
• Coachable, team-oriented, and open to feedback

• Low-volume model: typically 2-8 patients per day
• Extended visits: 1-2 hours per patient
• No production quotas or high-volume pressure
• Strong support staff-providers focus on patient care
• Opportunity to practice a more personalized, relationship-based model of care
• Established and growing practice (since 2010)

• Pooler, GA (primary location) for all shifts.
• Occasional travel to Statesboro, GA (~2-4 days per month)
