Your role with the company:

• Full-time, 4 days per week, 8AM-5PM
• NP will work in the Berlin location Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - Colebrook location on Tuesdays
• APP will see an adult population
• Nurse practitioner will join a high functioning pain management team providing office based pain management to new and established patients

Background profile:

• Board certified nurse practitioner / NP, adult-gerontology nurse practitioner / AGNP
• 2+ years experience in pain management
