Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Endocrinology (New Windsor, NY)
Established Family Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient Endocrinology practice located in the scenic Hudson Valley.

- $110,000 – $125,000/year, based on experience

Your Role
In this role you will manage patients with diabetes (Type 1 & 2), thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and other endocrine conditions. You will collaborate closely with an experienced endocrinologist in a supportive, team‑based specialty practice. The schedule is flexible, promoting work/life balance with no nights or weekends and 100% outpatient.
Qualifications
- FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
- 2+ years of Endocrinology experience (preferred outpatient)
- Comfortable managing chronic endocrine conditions independently within a collaborative setting
