Your Role with the Company

Full‑time position, 40hrs/week, no weekends. In‑depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard – Fellowship program lasts 3‑9 months out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS. Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities – mileage will be reimbursed. NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain.

Background Profile

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
• Ideal provider is passionate about serving rural America
• Open to New Graduates!
