Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA : Nephrology outpatient

Established Family Medical Group is hiring Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient Nephrology in Goshen, NY. This role offers a predictable schedule with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and related renal conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Work closely with two experienced physicians in a supportive, team-based nephrology practice.
• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Nephrology setting.

Benefits

• Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year, based on experience.
