Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic team in Cassville, MO. As an Nurse Practitioner (FNP) , you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal Nurse Practitioner (FNP) candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team setting, and be dedicated to promoting the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and chronic disease management
• Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on self-care techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Stay current with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral Degree in Nursing (DNP) required
• Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
• Current licensure in the state of Missouri
• Ability to obtain DEA registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
