An occupational health provider is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a two-day assignment in Lebanon, IN. This role focuses on conducting human performance exams, clearance evaluations, and focused health screenings in a fast-paced event setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Tuesday, October 27th & Wednesday, October 28th
- Hours: 7am to 6pm
- Setting: Onsite event setting
- Perform human performance exams, including functional movement and musculoskeletal stability evaluations
- Assess lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, range of motion, strength, and endurance capabilities.
- Conduct focused physical exams and health screenings, including vital signs, medical history review, and eneral assessment
- Make medical clearance and fit-for-duty determinations based on clinical findings and physical demand requirements
- Document evaluations accurately and work collaboratively with onsite clinical and operational teams to support workflow efficiency
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
- Experience making clinical clearance decisions and assessing functional capacity for job-specific tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume screening setting
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and decision-making skills
- Experience in occupational health, urgent care, employee health, or pre-employment screenings
