Overview
SpineSearch is seeking an experienced or new graduate Nurse Practitioner to join a leading health system to join its growing team working with a spine surgeon. This position offers a mix of independent and collaborative clinical work, with the opportunity to manage your own patient panel and provide high-quality spine and pain management care across two locations.
Schedule
- 3 days per week independently seeing patients
- 1 day per week collaborating with a supervising physician
- 1 administrative day for telehealth, patient follow-up, and documentation
- Flexible schedule including time split between Edison, NJ and Manhattan, NY
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with spine and pain-related conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans and coordinate care
- Provide patient education and telehealth follow-ups
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing and active NP license (NY and/or NJ)
- Board certification as an Adult, Family, or Acute Care NP
- Prior spine, orthopedics, or pain management experience preferred (open to new grads)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
