Nurse Practitioner - New Mesa Office Launch Opportunity

A growing specialty practice is expanding into Mesa, AZ and is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to help launch and grow its new office location.

This is an exciting start-up opportunity within an established and expanding practice. The office will begin with a lighter patient volume and build steadily as the location becomes established. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a growing practice, have a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset, and be excited to help develop a new patient population and workflow.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients in the outpatient setting

• Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform physical examinations

• Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans

• Provide patient education and ongoing follow-up

• Review diagnostic testing, labs, and imaging as appropriate

• Manage medications and treatment recommendations

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate and coordinate care with physicians and other members of the clinical team

• Help establish efficient clinical workflows as the new office grows

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner certification preferred

• Active Arizona NP license or eligibility

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and staff

• Adaptable and comfortable in a growing/start-up environment

• Strong patient-focused approach

• Specialty experience is preferred but may be flexible for the right candidate
