Job Description

- Duties : Consultations, Follow up, Physical exams
- EMR : Epic
- Support : Full Office Staff and APP
- Compensation : 120-145K

Qualifications
- Unrestricted NY license
- BC/BE as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active DEA registration
- Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
