To support a growing virtual care team, the part-time Nurse Practitioner - Multistate Licensed will provide direct, evidence-based GI care via telehealth, collaborating with physicians and health professionals while working remotely for up to 20 hours per week. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual patient assessments and manage GI-related conditions in alignment with clinical protocols Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team Participate in case reviews and accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record Required qualifications Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the United States, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses Experience managing patients with chronic conditions or in a GI specialty Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively with the supervising physician and care team
